Welcome to GURP!

GURP IS BACK. A NEW SEASON. A NEW FRONTIER.

Welcome to GURP (Glen's Utopian Role-Play). Don't ask about the name. It's a running joke.

We're a long-standing Space Engineers roleplay community, returning for a brand-new season with fresh opportunities, new systems, and stories waiting to be written.

Build an empire. Establish a trading network. Become a feared pirate. Or simply carve out a place to call home.

The choice is yours.

At GURP, the universe is shaped by its players. Forge alliances, wage wars, negotiate peace, or pursue your own ambitions in a persistent, faction-driven world.

Our custom systems bring depth to the experience:

• Interactive Map & Territorial Claims — Explore, conquer, and control territory.
• Reworked Economy — Trade, produce, and build your economic influence.
• Balanced Fleet System — Build your fleet around faction size and strategy.
• Offline Raid Protection — Enjoy the game without having to defend your base 24/7.
• Player-Driven Roleplay — Create stories, rivalries, and alliances that leave their mark.

Roleplay comes first. Whether you're a peaceful merchant, an ambitious industrialist, or a battle-hardened warlord, there's a place for you.

From massive fleet battles to ambitious engineering projects, our previous seasons have left us with plenty of memories.
